England, 2035 A.D.
After the tragic death of Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, the Hellsing Organization ceased to exsist. The vampire Alucard disappeared from England, but the threat of vampireic activity remained. And so, a new organization was formed, named Penwood, after the fateful sucessor of Integra, Gregory Penwood.
Seras Victoria still serves him as a secret weapon and helps him defeating the undead.

However, things have changed.. drastically.
Millenium, the Nazi battallion that attacked London 35 years ago, came back to life.. apperantly, a little part of the organization stayed in South America, in case something went wrong.
Created from the blood spilled dureing the battle, a clone of Seras Victoria was created, the Nosferatu woman who calls herself Ceras Viktoria. Unknowest of them, she has her own plans with the fate of the world... But yet, the dangerous threat of a second invasion remains.

And then, theres Alucard... furious about Penwood`s incompetence and longing for his only woman remaining, Seras, he is building an own army of undead servants to invade London, and the world afterwards, to not only be the No Life King, but the leader of a world where the vampires rule over the humans, with Seras by his side.

Can the bloodiest battle ever fought on earth be stopped, or is mankind doomed to be conquered by one of the two factions?
